Abstract
Objective: The objective of this prospective case series study is to evaluate the clinical outcome of endonasal laser assisted Dacryocystorhinostomy (ENL-DCR) using diode laser 810 in patientsMaterial and Methods:Fifty four patients with age range from(10-55)years where included in the study which performed at Diwannyia teaching hospital(from April 2013 to June 2014).Patients were followed for 6-12 months..Success of procedure was absence of epiphora (subjective) or patency of lacrimal system on irrigation (objective).
